Just as spending time around plants has been proven to lower pulse rate and cortisol levels, studies into the concept of shinrin-yoku, or ‘forest bathing,’ have shown that looking at green walls can have a therapeutic effect on your mood.
So it's a perfect choice for the place where you relax, wind down and sleep.

When it comes to choosing the shade of green you want for your bedroom, it might help if you first start by deciding on what sort of vibe you want the room to have.
